This includes your name, email address, phone number, building address, borough, role (owner, manager, attorney, developer, or other), uploaded HPD records, DHCR records, certificates of occupancy, leases, building registration documents, photographs, and any messages or notes you provide.
We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the site, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies for analytics and site performance.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
We collect personal information to respond to your inquiry, review submitted building records and compliance status, prepare compliance matrices and corrective roadmaps, coordinate with appropriate parties on filings and corrections, communicate with you about active engagements, send compliance updates if you have opted in, maintain the security of our website, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable laws.

We do not claim ownership of submitted documents. Uploaded materials are stored securely and are not shared outside the purposes described above without your written consent.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your information, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
